MoonRem is a personal app for keeping track of items like bills, tasks, and reminders, and for organizing them by date so you don't lose track of what matters.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to MoonRem and for keeping your account secure. Don't share your account with others or use it in a way that could disrupt the service for anyone else.

Use MoonRem only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the app's operation, or misuse the service in any way that could harm MoonRem or other users.

You own the content you create in MoonRem, including items, notes, and photos you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you add to MoonRem and for having the right to store that content in the service.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We aim to keep MoonRem available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.

MoonRem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MoonRem provides reminders and scheduling features as a convenience. You should not rely on MoonRem as your only method of tracking important or time-sensitive obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoonRem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update this page. Continuing to use MoonRem after a change means you accept the updated terms.
